- Ceramic coating protects against ultraviolet exposure, bird droppings, bug splatter, chemical contamination and environmental fallout. It also enhances gloss and makes routine washing and maintenance easier.
- Paint Protection Film creates a physical, sacrificial barrier that helps protect against stone chips, road debris, light scratches and everyday impact damage.
Many Zeekr owners combine Front End PPF with ceramic coating on the remaining exposed paintwork. A suitable ceramic coating can also be applied over the PPF to create a more uniform finish and make the film easier to maintain.
Will ceramic coating prevent stone chips or scratches?
No. Ceramic coating is not designed to prevent stone chips, deeper scratches or impact damage.
Ceramic coating provides excellent chemical and environmental protection while improving gloss, water behaviour and ease of cleaning. For physical protection against road debris and stone impacts, Paint Protection Film is the appropriate solution.
Which areas of my Zeekr should I protect with PPF?
The most suitable Paint Protection Film coverage depends on how you use your Zeekr, the roads you travel on, how long you intend to keep the vehicle and the level of protection you want.
Common Zeekr PPF packages may include:

Is Paint Protection Film visible once installed?
Premium Paint Protection Film is designed to be highly transparent and preserve the appearance of the original Zeekr paintwork beneath.
We use premium STEK and SunTek films and combine computer-cut templates with custom installation techniques where appropriate. Edges are wrapped where practical to create a clean and refined finish.
As with any applied film, extremely close inspection may reveal an edge or installation boundary in certain areas. However, the overall finished appearance should remain discreet and factory-like.
Is PPF available for every Zeekr model and exterior panel?
Paint Protection Film availability can depend on your exact Zeekr model, variant, body design and the templates available through our installation software.
Where an appropriate computer-cut template is unavailable, we may be able to assess whether a safe custom installation is practical. However, not every panel or component can always be completed without unnecessary risk.
We confirm template and installation availability before providing a final quotation or accepting the vehicle for the selected work.
Can Paint Protection Film be removed or replaced later?
Yes. Quality Paint Protection Film can generally be professionally removed and replaced without damaging sound factory paintwork when it has been correctly installed, maintained and removed using appropriate methods.
Removal should always be undertaken by an experienced professional, particularly on older paintwork, repainted panels or areas where the condition of the paint is uncertain.
Can you apply ceramic window tinting to a Zeekr?
Yes. Premium ceramic window tinting can be installed to the appropriate side and rear glass surfaces of your Zeekr.
Ceramic window film helps reduce solar heat, glare and ultraviolet exposure while improving privacy and complementing the modern appearance of the vehicle.
We assess the existing glass, including any factory privacy glass, before recommending an appropriate film and shade.
Can the panoramic glass roof on my Zeekr be tinted?

How soon after delivery should my Zeekr be protected?

Your Zeekr does not need to travel directly from the dealership to our workshop. We inspect and prepare the vehicle appropriately before protection, even if it has already been driven.
How do I wash my Zeekr after ceramic coating or PPF?
Safe washing helps preserve both ceramic coatings and Paint Protection Film.
We recommend:
- Washing regularly with a suitable automotive shampoo
- Avoiding automatic brush car washes
- Using clean wash media and quality microfibre drying towels
- Removing bird droppings and bug splatter promptly

No. Ceramic coating does not completely prevent water spotting.
When mineral-rich water dries on the vehicle, it can leave deposits behind. This commonly occurs from bore water, sprinklers, washing in direct sunlight or allowing the vehicle to air dry.
Ceramic coating helps protect the paint and makes contamination easier to address, but water should still be dried promptly rather than allowed to evaporate on the surface.
Can you protect the interior, wheels and exterior glass as well?
Yes. In addition to paint protection and PPF, we offer protection options for the interior, wheels and exterior glass of your Zeekr.
